If you receive a damaged product, you must email us at hello@drpatrabeverages.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Your email must include:
Order details (Order ID, Name, Contact Number)
Clear images of the damaged product
After verification, if the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the source account within 10 to 12 business days.
Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
